Red Light
Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level red and near-infrared light to stimulate the body's cells, primarily by increasing energy production in the mitochondria. This process is also known as low-level laser therapy or photobiomodulation and is thought to help with skin concerns like wrinkles and scarring, as well as pain, inflammation, and muscle and joint health. It works by helping cells repair themselves and function more efficiently without damaging the skin or using harmful UV rays.
